What we collect

When you buy the program, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, and payment details directly — we don't handle or store your card details ourselves. Stripe passes us your name and email so we can deliver the product and provide support.

If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence to help you and to have a record of the interaction.

We do not currently use tracking cookies or analytics on this site. [If you later add Google Ads conversion tracking, update this section and add a cookie banner before it goes live.]

Why we process it

To fulfil your purchase — sending you the program and receipt, under the contract formed when you buy.
To provide support — responding to your emails, based on our legitimate interest in helping customers.
To meet legal obligations — Finnish accounting law requires us to retain sales records for 6 years.

Who we share it with

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. processes your payment as an independent data controller/processor — see Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle your data. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Purchase and invoicing records are kept for 6 years to comply with Finnish bookkeeping law. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query, unless a longer period is needed for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data, where we're not legally required to keep it (e.g. accounting records)
Restrict or object to certain processing
Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email support@lift-adhd.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
